Plum

Internet, forgive me: I fed my babies store-bought baby food.
At least it was expensive, organic baby food. We’re running low on our own baby food stocks, and I couldn’t figure out how to process what Rachel and I were having tonight (cheese quesadillas), and Julian had frankly already eaten his weight in yogurt today, and, and, and…
Eloise, predictably, loved it. Julian opined that, on the whole, he preferred yogurt.

Sometimes it happens. You feed ‘em the store bought stuff. And you know what? It’s not the end of the world.
I think we all survived (and even thrived) on many a store-bought item. After all…even if you’d processed the quesadillas, I’m betting you bought the cheese, and maybe even the tortillas
you sound like meghal (i guess i shouldn’t be surprised). anyway, we’ve gone through slumps where we fed avi a decent amount of store bought food. somewhat embarrassingly, he always seems to like it, which can’t be said about the meals we make for him. and we have to admit, it’s convenient to have jars or pouches of food around for when we’re being neglectful parents, or when he rejects our attempts to be good parents.
